The Homeowners' Association fiscal year runs from June 1 through May 31. This means that the annual $150 dues for each property in the subdivision are due on June 1 and become delinquent thirty days later on June 30. At that time, a $37.50 late fee is assessed on any outstanding dues. The dues were increased for the fiscal year beginning June 1, 2018 by a vote of the residents.

Homeowners receive a letter in the first half of May notifying them of the amount due for their property and the date that payments are due by.
